General Info
- All baked goods are made in a private home kitchen that is not licensed or inspected by government agencies.
- Payment must be made by cash or card before pickup.
- We currently don’t ship. All orders must be picked up in Little Elm, TX, or at a market where we’re set up.
- All sales are final. Refunds are offered only if the order is cancelled before the dough is mixed.
Online Orders for Pickup (Main Location)
- We do our best to have your order ready at your scheduled pickup time.
- If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll contact you so you can cancel or reschedule if needed.
- Orders not picked up within 24 hours will be frozen.
- Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be cancelled without refund.
Pre‑Orders for Market Pickup
- Same refund policy: orders must be cancelled before dough is mixed for a refund.
- We’ll make every effort to have products ready at your pickup time. If a delay happens, you can cancel, reschedule, or arrange delivery.
- Orders not picked up 30 minutes before the market closes may be sold to other customers.
Products Bought at Markets
- All sales are final.
NWRB (No Wheat, Rye, or Barley) Products
- Made with certified gluten‑free ingredients, but the finished products are not tested or certified gluten‑free.
- Prepared in a kitchen that also uses wheat, rye, and barley flours. We take precautions to avoid cross‑contamination, but it can’t be guaranteed.
- Please make sure anyone eating these items knows this information.
- By purchasing, you agree to hold Struttin’ In The Kitchen harmless for any gluten reactions.
